Freelance E-learning Developer · Articulate 360 AI

Articulate Storyline Developer

I design and build interactive, SCORM-ready e-learning courses in Articulate Storyline, plus Rise for quick, mobile-first courses — for NGOs, international development projects, education and company training. From storyboard to a course that works in your LMS.

What I build

Courses learners finish — and LMS reports that work.

Storyline interactive modules

Custom interactions built with triggers, states, layers and variables: branching scenarios, drag-and-drop, clickable graphics and software simulations.

Storyline development →

Rise courses

Clean, responsive courses from Rise blocks — fast to build and easy on phones — with Storyline blocks wherever learners need to practise.

Rise course development →

Quizzes and assessments

Knowledge checks, scored quizzes, question banks and result slides that report completion and scores to your LMS.

PowerPoint and PDF to e-learning

Existing training slides and documents turned into structured, interactive modules learners can take on their own.

SCORM, xAPI and LMS testing

Courses published as SCORM 1.2, SCORM 2004, xAPI or cmi5, then tested in your LMS for completion, scoring and resume.

Updates and translations

Changes to existing Storyline and Rise courses, new versions of old modules, and courses in English, Bangla or both.

What's new in Articulate Storyline

Courses are built with the current Articulate 360 AI tools, not old workflows. These are the recent changes that matter most for your project.

Articulate 360 AI

Since September 2026 the core subscription is called Articulate 360 AI. It still includes Storyline, Rise, Review and Reach, so existing courses and .story files keep working.

AI Assistant in Storyline

Generate draft text, quiz questions and images inside Storyline, and edit AI-generated images directly in AI Chat without leaving the project.

Sync timelines with audio

AI Assistant can line up slide animations and on-screen objects with the narration, which saves a lot of manual timeline work.

Localizable timelines

Each language version of a Storyline course can have its own timeline timing, so translated narration stays in sync.

Quick layout fixes after translation

Articulate Localization finds text overflow and spacing problems in translated Storyline projects and fixes them across the project in one click.

Accessibility improvements

Likert survey questions now work with keyboard and screen readers, and the timeline has a toggle for which objects screen readers can reach.

E-learning experience

Courses for NGOs and international projects.

Choosing the tool

Storyline or Rise?

Rise

Fast, responsive courses from ready-made blocks. Best for compliance, onboarding and information-led training that learners take on their phones.

Storyline

Full control with triggers, states and variables. Best for scenarios, simulations, branching decisions and custom assessments.

Many courses use both — read the full comparison: Articulate Storyline vs Rise.

FAQ

Questions about working together

Are you available as a freelance Articulate developer?

Yes. Alongside my role at Zabai Bangladesh, I take on Articulate Storyline and Rise projects remotely for organisations in Bangladesh and abroad.

Should my course be built in Storyline or Rise?

Rise suits information-led courses that must work well on phones and be ready quickly. Storyline suits scenarios, simulations and custom interactions. Many courses combine both by embedding Storyline blocks in Rise.

Are Storyline 360 and Rise 360 still available?

Yes. In September 2026 Articulate renamed its main subscription Articulate 360 AI. Storyline and Rise are both still included, alongside Review and Reach, and existing courses keep working.

Can you turn our PowerPoint training into e-learning?

Yes. Existing slides and documents are restructured into short lessons with interactions and knowledge checks, rather than copied slide by slide.

Will the course work in our LMS?

Courses are published to the standard your LMS supports — SCORM 1.2, SCORM 2004, xAPI or cmi5 — and tested there for completion, scoring and resume before handover.

Do we get the source files?

Source files can be included in the handover so your team can update the course later. Agree this at the start of the project.

Can courses be made in Bangla?

Yes. Courses can be built in English, Bangla or both, with on-screen text, quizzes and narration scripts in each language.
